Birthday Girl!

Grace had a great birthday. Grandma and Grandpa Meier and Dippold and the Great Grandparents came to visit and so did Scott, Jenny, and their kids and aunt Lori and Uncle Tim. Brad, Brooke, Rylee, Michael, Lisa, and Oscar also came over to join in the fun!

Everyone sang Happy Birthday to me, then Mom gave me my very own piece of cake.

I loved my cake! The icing was so good! And the little plate was fun too, so I decided to pick it up and dump my cake on my head! I also enjoyed opening my presents! But of course, once I had one open I was happy just playing with that toy, but Mom had to take it away from me so I could open more. I love my gifts and want to thank everyone for such a great birthday!
Las week I also had my 1 year checkup with Dr. Saberman. I got 4 shots and wasn't very happy about that even though I tried really hard to be tough. I weigh 21.1 lbs and I'm 31.25 in tall. That keeps me in the 90% for height but I dropped to 50% in weight now that I'm so busy. Dr Saberman said that I was a perfect 1 year old and hitting my milestones just fine. I still don't walk, but Jaime and Nikki at Kidz Korner gave me a stroller for my birthday and I love to walk around with it and my baby in it so I'm going to be cruising around before we know it!
