Goodbye Dallas. We love you!

Unfortunately we had to put our dog Dallas down over the weekend. Last fall Dallas was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was treated with steriods by suppressing his immune system so he got infections every few months and this weekend he finally got an infection that he couldn't fight. It is sad to say goodbye to our 4 legged companion, but we'll remember him as the best dog we've ever met. When we got Dallas Ryan was not excited about having a dog, but we both immediately fell for Dallas who had unconditional love and energy. He was such a loving dog and with a big protective bark that made us feel safe in our home. Grace will also miss Dallas and has asked for him several times since Saturday, but we have to remind her that he has gone to play with Jesus. Although we miss him, We are sure that he's happy, healthy, and running circles now.
